I happen to have one of those and have pressed it into service quite successfully without a single glimpse at the operation instructions, thank you very much.

None other than Ed's guitar tech told me that they simply handed Ed a guitar that was tuned improperly.

Mystery solved. No conspiracies. Case closed.

BTW....no one was fired.

HA!

Hey Chris!

Hope you are well, fellow 312 paleo-nerd! How many years has it been? Glad you're still out there, sir.

Awesome lawsuit, thanks much. Indeed, it was a watershed moment in jurisprudence when the Ayatollah Of Rock And Roll-ah's name was inserted into the public record.

Hearing from you reminds me of the old days, when on-line slap-fights were conducted without benefit of counsel. More or less pathetic, I wonder?

"See, back then if you called when someone was already using the system, you heard a busy signal."

"A what?"

Yes, it's that guy.

Tonight I was reading a law suit that reminded me of something you wrote some twenty two years ago. You dared Ed to file a law suit just so you could see or hear the court call Barney Badass to the stand.

So when I read "Doe v. Paulie Walnuts", I chuckled and recalled times past. The complaint is here it you're interested http://online.wsj.com/public/resources/documents/aaComplaint.pdf it's a rather entertaining read.

The google gave up your blog, so I thought I'd pass it along. Thought you might find it interesting.

This is just comical. I don't know how else to respond to this. I think that in terms of our silly and self-important conceptions of the universe, uncertainty has done for the modern era what Cartesian dualism did for the enlightenment; that is to say that when handled in the wrong way it makes us out to be a good deal more consequential than we are.
